About this project
Le financement proposé est un prêt souverain de 10M€ pour restaurer le Parc national des zones humides de Changyanhe à Qixian touché par une importante crue en 2021, assurer une protection « intelligente » de sa biodiversité pour une meilleure résilience au changement climatique, améliorer sa gouvernance et optimiser son développement écotouristique. Il concernera l'ensemble du parc, soit 874 ha, et bénéficiera à la population du district de Qixian, soit 250000 personnes.
