Le projet vise à contribuer à la sécurité et la souveraineté alimentaire en Guinée par l'amélioration de la production avicole (formation des vétérinaire et des éleveurs, promotion d'aliments de qualité pour les poules, appui à la structuration des groupements d'aviculteurs de poulets villageois). Le projet est mis en œuvre par le Ministère de l'Elevage.
