En co-financement avec le Fida, le programme a pour finalité le développement durable de territoires ruraux de 9 Etats du Nord du Nigéria avec un focus sur l'adaptation au changement climatique au sein des chaines de valeur agricoles d'une part, et l'amélioration de ces dernières pour les entreprises rurales (de l'exploitation agricole à la PME) d'autre part.
