Aménagement hydro-agricole d'un bras mort (le Bahr Linia) du fleuve Chari pour permettre l'augmentation et la diversification des productions agricoles dans la zone périurbaine de N'Djaména. Il s'agit de la phase 2 du projet CTD1131 et le top-up CTD1224 (achevé en 2021). La maitrise d'ouvrage du projet est assurée par le Ministère des Affaires Foncières, du Développement de l'Habitat et de l'Urbanisme via 2 composantes: i) Travaux et supervision et ii) ingénierie sociale et coordination
