L'objectif du projet est de renforcer la résilience de la biodiversité et des écosystèmes marins et côtiers, dont dépendent directement les communautés des États et Territoires Insulaires du Pacifique face aux défis environnementaux et climatiques. Le projet vise à renforcer les capacités régionales et locales pour une gestion durable des ressources et des écosystèmes marins et côtiers par la capitalisation et le partage d'expertise et des connaissances au bénéfice des Etats et des communautés.
