About this project
A 3-year project, funded by FCDO, to support communities and RCM actors in Madagascar with DRR and preparedness due to the high level of risk to hazards and consequent disease outbreaks. The overall aim of this project is to enhance community resilience, through a multi-year preparedness programme that builds on anticipatory and resilience action in the zones prone to cyclones, heavy rains, storms as well as epidemics in the Southeast and South-West of Madagascar. However, as the hazards’ trajectory may change, the project remains very flexible to scale up the same activities in the new affected zones.
