Ukraine Pooled Fund

About this project

The Ukraine Pooled Fund (UPF) consortium is leading on the management and development of the fund since it was handed over from START Network. The Ukraine Locally-led Pooled Fund project was funded by the DEC and implemented by START Network and NNLPD as the Ukrainian grant custodian between September 2023 and March 2025. Christian Aid and CAFOD are co-funding the UPF consortium to support both their self-identified priority needs in fundraising and donor engagement, and communications and visibility, as well as to fund Ukrainian organisations with grants to implement projects and, if requested, capacity strengthening needs.
