About this project
AgroVida is a five-year farming system development project with the overall goal to improve food and nutrition security (FNS) for 24,500 small-scale food producers (SSFPs) covering an area of 19,000 hectares in eight districts of Cabo Delgado. This will ultimately contribute to improved FNS for 125,000 people. AgroVida will ensure the most context appropriate support to address FNS challenges in Cabo Delgado target communities, with SSFPs identified as the best entry point for this program whilst (emerging) commercial producers and agri-MSMEs are the economic engines to spur rural development.
