About this project

In year 3, 2026, we plan to host 3 public health workshops with topics such as safe sex, disease awareness, and mental health. The Public Health Workshop series is a comprehensive initiative aimed at addressing the holistic well-being of the queer community through three distinct workshops over the course of one year. The first workshop will focus on safe sex practices, providing accurate and evidence-based information, and fostering open discussions surrounding sexual health within the LGBTQ+ community. The second workshop will delve into the specific health challenges faced by queer individuals, offering insights into prevalent diseases and strategies for prevention. The third workshop will prioritize mental health, addressing the unique stressors and challenges confronted by the queer community, and providing coping mechanisms and support resources.
