About this project

The Fund Administrator shall not use the Contribution for any other purpose than for implementing the Project. The Fund Administrator is responsible for the quality implementation and completion of the Project, and the Contribution shall be used for that purpose solely, in accordance with: • the approved project proposal (“Project Proposal”), including the project description, the approvedbudget (“Budget”), and the Plan for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (“MEAL Plan”) (Annex C to this Agreement) •the Project Risk Register (template 5 of PRISMA) or the Risk Management Response (Section III of the Partner Risk Assessment “RAMON”) (Annex D to this Agreement); • the approved Capacity Development Plan (if applicable) (Annex E to this Agreement); • the donor contract (“Donor Contract”) (annex F to this Agreement); which all form an integral and essential part of this Agreement. In accordance with the documents above, the Fund Administrator shall:  Use these funds to invest in eligible MSMEs, in accordance with the investment strategy, procedures, and oversight provided by the Investment Committee.
