GCA, co-applicants – actively contributed to co-design the proposed action and will act as central actors in the implementation phase of the project. Not only the two co-applicants shall build on expertise and longstanding experience in implementing similar project including activities aiming to build capacities of CSOs to effectively implement advocacy actions, but they shall also strongly benefit from their establishment in target areas and trusted relation with the grassroot level; including rural farmer communities.
