PEF DEC Middle East Appeal 2024 Phase 1

About this project

Oxfam, together with long-standing partner Palestinian Environmental Friends Association (PEF)will implement additional critical WASH activities in the months 4 and 6 of the first phase which will focus on provision of source of power for main water wells operation and installation of the water storage tanks Including locally made taps tans) in the North of Gaza and Gaza city, that were the most-severely affected by the war and received minimal to no assistance in the last months. It is expectedthat thisWASH intervention (added under G3: Crisis-affected populations have access to improvedWASH services) will benefit 40,000 people improving their accessto water. Partners will aim to continue the intervention in the Phase 2 of the DEC programme.
