Aspect Details Role Specialized expertise in international tourism markets, curriculum development, and academic research methodologies Key Focus Areas Primary focus on Key Activities 2 and 4; supporting roles in other activities Key Activity 1: Governance (Supporting) - Facilitate exposure visits to community-led tourism models - Provide best practice insights to inform governance design KeyActivity 2: Capacity Development - Conduct needs assessments - Design culturally appropriate curricula - Develop training content and materials - Integrate mentoring and coaching - Deliver Training of Trainers programs Key Activity 3: Private Partnerships (Supporting) - Conduct tourism market research - Identify tourism segments - Foster industry linkages for partnership development and product positioning Key Activity 4: Infrastructure Management - Lead tourism product development (assessment, best practice sharing, asset mapping, offering development) - Design CBET business model innovations focused on sustainability and profitability - Develop sustainability certification frameworks for responsible tourism – RUPP and UHI will finalize this. They are in talks now. E.G GSTC, Green Globe, Green Key, Ecotourism Australia, Fair Trade Tourism, ASEAN CBT Standard, Cambodia CBT Standard, et. These have not been agreed upon yet.
