About this project

PalVision and PHT will focus on how to encourage the enrollment of high school graduates (18-22 yrs.), or those who never attended school, in TVET education, and fresh university graduates (22-25 yrs.) in TVET training relevant to green agribusiness and agritourism. The two partners will develop common approaches for the selection and capacity-building of the young people, in consultation with the members of the community needs-based TVET network. PalVision's thematic focus will be on green TVET relevant to agribusiness and youth active citizenship approaches, while PHT will focus on the technical aspects of the agritourism sector and develop a sustainable model for the community-based tourism. In addition to what have been done till 2025, they will engage with social enterprises and link them with TVET young women and men to boost their own work and find employment. As well a new community fund will take place to reach out to people whom considered to be high risk to access financial resources, to workwith them and facilitate access to finance or provide financial support to them.
