About this project
Colombian coffee producers suffer from declining yields, volatile quality, and rising costs, caused by fragile soils, expensive inputs, and unreliable advice. Without healthier soils and better guidance, farmers cannot deliver consistent quality, and Dutch or European buyers cannot secure reliable supply. This project will address the root causes by offering objective agronomy advice via trainings (minerals, microbiology, organic matter, mulch/cover, and monitoring) and a software tool contextualised per farm. This integrated approach turns chronic supply problems into a source of resilience and competitive advantage.
