About this project
The objective of the scoping mission is to identify concrete, demand-driven entry points for the KEY programme in Nigeria’s horticulture sector by analysing the skills ecosystem and validating opportunities for intervention.The consultant will assist the project advisor (PA) during the scoping mission to Nigeria to help shape the strategic programming framework. The consultant will assist in mission programme development, introduce the KEY programme and PA to relevant stakeholders in the skills ecosystem, facilitate round tables and logistical processes in cooperation with the Embassy of the Netherlands (EKN) in Abuja, Nigeria.
