About this project

Ukraine’s water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) sector has faced deep-rooted systemic challenges, even prior to the full-scale escalation of conflict in February 2022.This assignment combines two interlinked technical mandates aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s groundwater management capacity in both emergency response and long-term sustainability contexts. It focuses on: A. Real-time technical supervision of deep borehole drilling operations in Kharkiv Oblast; and B. Technical leadership in the design and establishment of a sustainable groundwater monitoring system across Kherson Oblast.
