About this project

Sociedade de Desenvolvimento Urbano da Beira (SDUBeira) is an important semi-private organisation from the Beira Municipality (CMB) to realise the ambitions of the Beira Master Plan (BMP) 2035. The mandate of SDUBeira is to provide pre-developed floodproof land and stimulate associated construction for residential (Maraza) and industrial (Munhava) purposes in the City of Beira.Experts advise to support SDUBeira in their engagements with potential investors and developers, in particular for the Munhava Industrial and Logistics Park and the New Access Road to Munhava Industrial Park and Port on their request in order to ensure that the interest of SDUBeira and CMB are safeguarded. The support is required in the analysis of documents and proposals, in the preparations for the meetings and discussions with these interested parties, during the meetings and discussions and in the preparations of project structuring and financial deals.
