About this project
This consultancy assignment aims to operationalise the Government-to-Government (G2G) Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Platform between the Netherlands and Bangladesh, building on prior PPP framework development and market exploration. It focuses on advancing structured, investor-ready PPP cases that align with Dutch strategic interests and Bangladesh’s development priorities, particularly in water infrastructure financing and sustainable asset management. The project involves advisory support for the Joint PPP Platform, PPP structuring and bankability, formation of Dutch–Bangladeshi consortia, strategic stakeholder engagement, and alignment with institutional capacity-building under the “Flowing Forward” programme. Key outcomes include enhanced PPP project bankability, strengthened consortia, improved investor confidence, and consolidation of lessons learned to inform post-2026 engagement.
