About this project

This assignment envisages to continue the role of secretary for the Working Group III on Knowledge Exchange, Capacity Building and Youth Engagement – part of the Memorandum of Understanding on Water between the governments of the Netherlands and Indonesia - to organise and facilitate the Working Groups progress and joint acitivities. The secretary will act on behalf of the Netherlands government together with the co-chair (Delegated Representative) and, in consultation and cooperation with the co-chair/secretary from Indonesia, will guide the Working Group in order to intensify cooperation and maximise collaborative potential.The secretary is expected to build upon the results and focus of the Working Groups as established in 2024 and aligned with the decisions of the Joint Steering Committee in December 2025. This assignment concerns the Secretary role for Working Group III for the duration of 1.5 (one and a half) years.
