This trajectory aims to contribute to strengthening institutional relationships, enhancing professional networks, and generating knowledge that is relevant to both countries and enriches the Water as Leverage methodology and toolkit. Explicit connections are to be sought with the Netherlands via Dutch platforms (e.g. NL2120), cities (Rotterdam, Amsterdam, others), governmental institutions and research organisations. This assignment aims to further strengthen the potential partnership between Florida and the City of Rotterdam, next to contributing to the landing strip for the knowledge exchange that takes place between the USA and the Netherlands. The activities and deliverables on short term focus on contributing to the Setting the Scene for the shared knowledge agenda, which will be presented mid-April. The Setting the Scene will be presented and elaborated during an event in Miami, for which the contractor is requested to partner with Rotterdam and other key counterparts…
