About this project

In response to the mass return of Afghans from Pakistan and Iran, the Afghan Red Crescent Society, with IFRC support, aims to assist 525,000 vulnerable people through a 24-month operation. We will provide emergency aid—shelter, healthcare, food, and cash—while supporting long-term recovery, livelihoods, and reintegration. With a focus on dignity, protection, and inclusion, the strategy ensures coordinated, people-centered support at borders and in communities, helping returnees rebuild their lives with safety and hope.
