About this project

It is necessary for the Croix-Rouge centrafricaine (CRCA) to conduct a self-assessment based on the Preparedness for Effective Response (PER) methodology (in French: "Préparation pour une Intervention Efficace (PIE)". The PIE is a cyclical approach allowing the Société Nationale (SN) to systematically evaluate, measure and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of its intervention system in order to take corrective measures. It is this PIE process that will be the heart of the conception phase of the RP 3 project, followed by an implementation phase.
