About this project
This 'programme' is part of a 5-year Partnership between NL MoFA and NLRC. It consists of two main pillars. 1. Communication and Humanitarian Diplomacy. NLRC pursues diplomacy towards key decision makers and opinion leaders to promote humanitarian values and attention for the most vulnerable in decision-making and policy development. Where there are clear common goals, NLRC and NL MoFA work in partnership and do joint humanitarian diplomacy. Key topic areas for strategic communication and HD are: solidarity, local response, safeguarding humanitarian space, and (drivers of) humanitarian crises. 2. Learning. Within the partnership an overarching external midterm review and final evaluation will be conducted. In addition, a number of thematic studies on central topics of the partnership in which there is a mutual interest are performed.
