2026 - Remote data and digital support for Venezuela

About this project

This is a proposal for the Netherlands Red Cross's data team (510) to remotely help the Venezuelan Red Cross set up a proper way to listen to people affected by the earthquake and respond to them. Right now, when someone affected by the disaster wants to ask a question, report a problem, or give feedback about the aid they're receiving, there's no single, reliable system to catch that and make sure someone follows up. This project builds that system.
