Improvement of health services in remote, unserved areas in Kandahar with a focus on strenghtening of the current basic emergency obstetric and newborn care services (BEmONC) through local partner support; and with a focus on the Integration of a Therapeutic Feeding Unit in the Health Facility in Zabul; improvement of water and hygiene facilities and practices in the targeted health facilities.
