About this project
This programme addresses the issues of low productivity, informality, weak institutional capacity, outdated equipment and inadequate access to inclusive service delivery and market connection systems, leading to limited income and economic growth opportunities, in the coffee and gold mining sectors in Tanzania. Through the interventions in this programme we support small-scall coffee farmers and artisanal and small-scale gold miners in providing safe working conditions, promoting sustainable practices, achieving increased productivity and improving access of women, youth and other marginalised groups to inclusive service delivery and market connection systems, including carbon markets.
