Syria Humanitarian Response Programme: Supporting NGO Safety in Syria

About this project

A 72-month project (April 2023 – March 2029) with a FCDO budget of £4,450,000, achieved by providing humanitarian organisations with timely, reliable, and high-quality safety services that help them plan, operate, and deliver aid more safely. To achieve this, INSO will i) provide NGOs with real-time alerts, incident reporting, and in-depth conflict and access analysis; ii) facilitate coordination through safety roundtables, country director meetings, and advisory support; and iii) strengthen NGOs' own preparedness and crisis management capacity through specialised security training.
