About this project

The main goal of this project is to empower young people and women with vocational and entrepreneurial skills that enable them to become self-employed while addressing urgent environmental challenges. By providing hands-on training in plastic recycling, ecological charcoal production, and decorative crafts, the project will equip participants to start small businesses, generate income, and create sustainable livelihoods. At the same time, it will promote waste reduction and eco-friendly practices, directly contributing to responsible consumption and climate action. Within six months, we aim to train a group of motivated participants, support them in producing marketable products, and raise community awareness about recycling. Progress will be monitored through participation rates, the quality of products created, and the number of trainees who begin to generate income from their skills. In this way, the project combines social empowerment with environmental sustainability. 30 people in the first cohort.
