Improved Business Environment: Strengthening the regulatory and operational framework to foster inclusive and green economic growth, reduce barriers to investment, and enable private sector competitiveness. 3. Entrepreneurial Growth: Advancing startups and SMEs from idea stage to growth-oriented, export-ready enterprises, with an emphasis on women- and youth-led businesses. 4. Green Transition: Supporting Malawi’s shift to a sustainable economy through investments in green businesses, clean energy solutions, and environmentally friendly practices.
