About this project
SUSTAINABLE PLANET will empower youth to promote climate mitigating policies and create awareness regarding climate change and climate resilience. The primary target group will be youth (age 13-30) who will be organised into Peacemaker Climate Groups. The groups will through tree planting, training and campaigns raise awareness in the local community and engage the local government in ensuring implementation of the National Environmental Action Plan, with an emphasis on both climate change mitigation and adaptation.
