About this project
The project will reduce the humanitarian impact of landmines and other explosive ordnance in Afghanistan through clearance, risk education, emergency victim assistance, and local capacity development. It will focus initially on Kandahar and Nimroz and support safer access to land, services, and livelihoods, especially for returnees, displaced people, children, and rural communities affected by contamination.
