Expected impact: Improved socio-economic development in Uganda through higher availability and access to electricity. The expected effects of the Programme for the target group are (Outcome): i. UEGCL established as a professional operator of its large hydropower plants ii. Increased competence level of UEGCL operation and maintenance staff
