About this project

Support to the Pacific region in response to the invasion of a new strain of Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle that threatens economic resilience and food security across the Pacific. The activity will fund the scientific development and release of a bio-control to suppress the beetle, as well as regional and national support to introduce biosecurity and pest management plans to limit the spread and population of the beetle.
