About this project
This activity finances the construction of high quality public infrastructure in the Cook Islands and supports infrastructure sector capacity building, through contributions to an Infrastructure Trust Fund. The Fund is a statutory trust that was seeded with a $12 million gift from New Zealand on the Cook Islands' graduation from ODA eligibility. A Steering Committee, with members appointed by each Government, advises the trustee on the management and administration of the fund.
