About this project

Tokelau is the only jurisdiction in the Realm of New Zealand that is not accessible by air. The goal is to identify a technically feasible solution to provide a safe scheduled air service between Samoa and Tokelau which is both resilient to climate change and economically viable. The introduction of an air service will increase accessibility and mobility, which will enhance the social and economic well-being of the territory.
