About this project

In partnership with The United Nations Capital Development Fund and at request of Solomon Islands Government, the activity will support provincial governments to increase climate resilience and reduce disaster risk, through an existing mechanism called the Provincial Capacity Development Fund. LoCAL in Solomon Islands will fund climate risk assessments, fund climate resilient projects selected by Provincial Governments, and provide capacity support to reduce risk from disasters.
