About this project

The Sida-EBRD EBRD Ukraine Municipal Infrastructure Cooperation Account (SWUK 2) 2020-2029 is a bilateral fund that finances technical consultancy (TC) assignments for major investment projects in municipal infrastructure. TC projects consist of, among others, feasibility studies, environmental assessments, project plans, support in procurement processes, implementation and project management. Implementing partners of the EBRD are municipal enterprises. SWUK's objectives are to support: EU integration; reduced emissions; sustainable use of natural resources; sustainable public services; energy efficiency; institutional reforms and sustainable services; and social inclusion. Sectors supported include district heating, water supply, waste, energy efficiency.
