Strengthened implementation of Armenia's waste management policy through 1) Development of legal framework for an Extended Producer Responsibility, capacity building and purchase of data management system IT) and 2) development of a national model for household source separation, implementation of a pilot project on source separation in one Municipality, including capacity building, information and awareness campaign and purchase of one refuse vehicle and waste bins.
