About this project
The Central Asia Groups (CAG) collaborate within the programme with four partners in three countries in the region: Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan among them. The project has several overarching objectives: to counteract the shrinking space for civil society in the region, strengthen resilience to climate change, strengthen women's rights and combat gender-based violence. Each partnerorganisation works to solve its own identified problems, and the collaboration therefore focuses on each organisation's unique context and purpose. The initiative focuses on knowledge transfer, training, dialogue and participation, and is designed in close collaboration between CAG and the local partner.
