About this project
This activity supports efforts to combat sexual harassment at the University of Eswatini, grossly affecting women and marginalized groups. This project seeks to engage 1200 students in advocacy, education, and positive norm-building. Activities of this quarter include the Training of Facilitators III (TOF III), Commissioning of Student Champions, Mobilization of cohort 1 for UIC participants, Baseline survey, roll out of UIC sessions, External Engagement and Influencing (EEI) and Bilateral engagements with External Stakeholders. The project aims at strengthening efforts to enhance learners’ safety and well-being in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). It aligns with SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and national efforts to combat gender-based violence in Eswatini.
