About this project
This activity supports efforts to combat sexual harassment at the University of Eswatini, grossly affecting women and marginalized groups. This project seeks to engage 1200 students in advocacy, education, and positive norm-building. Activities of this quarter include continued roll out of UIC sessions, 16 Days of activism campaign, External Engagement and Influencing (EEI) with External Stakeholders, institutional engagement as well as self-care for both staff and student champions. The project aims at strengthening efforts to enhance learners’ safety and well-being in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). It aligns with SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and national efforts to combat gender-based violence in Eswatini.
