Campus Sexual Harassment Prevention Initiative

About this project

This activity supports efforts to combat sexual harassment at the University of Eswatini, grossly affecting women and marginalized groups. This project seeks to engage 1200 students in advocacy, education, and positive norm-building. Activities of this quarter include a benchmarking visit to other Higher Education institutions in South Africa to adopt best learning practices, an External Engagement and Influencing (EEI) workshop and a Curriculum Development and Design Workshop. The project aims to foster a safer campus environment and empower students as advocates for change. It aligns with SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and national efforts to combat gender-based violence in Eswatini.
