Strengthening the Voices of Older People in Kasulu District through Inclusive Dialogue and Collaboration with Civil Society, Stakeholders, and Local Government Authority. This 8-month project addresses the exclusion of older people from decision-making, weak representation in policy dialogues, and ageism in Kasulu District, Kigoma Region. It creates inclusive platforms for dialogue and collaboration between older people, civil society, and Kasulu Town Council through advocacy meetings, community dialogues, awareness campaigns, and capacity-building sessions, empowering older people to influence local policies and gain recognition as contributors to governance and development.
