About this project
Provision of up to €40 million loan to Sunal d.o.o. and PP Erdevik d.o.o., subsidiaries of MKG Agrinvestment Ltd (together with its subsidiaries, the "Group" or the "Client"), to finance capital expenditures including the construction of a new ethanol production facility and investments within the Group's winery segment (the "Project"). The main objective of the Project is to support the Group's greenfield investment into ethanol production and further capacity expansion of the Group's viticulture operations.
