Technical and strategic communication assistance for an inclusive Social, Energy and Digital transition

About this project

This action aims to strengthen Cabo Verde's capacity to implement inclusive policies and reforms in support of social protection, energy transition, and accessible digital transformation while building public awareness and support for EU-funded initiatives. As a Small Island Developing State (SIDS), Cabo Verde faces structural limitations in managing specialized technical areas due to its small administration spread across nine islands. The action addresses three key challenges: i) implementation capacity gaps in technical areas essential for green transition, 2) communication and awareness gaps regarding EU-supported programmes, and 3) limited economic diversification that creates vulnerability to external shocks.
