<p>`¿ACP Trust Fund for Private Sector Operations¿ Contribution Agreement with EIB financed from the general budget of the European Union under the NDICI</p><p>The ACP Trust Fund shall target private sector high risk and high impact operations, as previously under the Impact Finance Envelope, which are part of a single-package approach alongside the EIB Dedicated ACP Window guarantee and complements EFSD+ open architecture guarantee operations in ACP countries by the EIB and other Development FIs</p>
