Technical Assistance related multiple EFSD+ Guarantees with IFDK (SDG Fund II & Africa GreenCo)

About this project

<p class="ql-align-justify">The purpose of this Agreement is to provide a financial contribution to finance the implementation of the action ¿Technical Assistance for the implementation of multiple budgetary guarantees with IFU" as described in Annex I (the ¿Action¿). The Action is structured into the following distinct components, referred to as ¿TA Components¿, with each component being individually referred to as a ¿TA Component¿. The Agreement encompasses the following TA Components, each corresponding to a specific guarantee:</p><p class="ql-align-justify">TA Component A (Annex IA): ¿Danish Sustainable Development Fund II ¿ SDG Fund II and Climate Action Investment Fund ¿ CAIF¿; and</p><p class="ql-align-justify">TA Component B (Annex IB): ¿Africa GreenCo¿.</p>
