EBRD - Technical Assistance for the implementation of multiple budgetary guarantees with the EBRD (HI BAR, Financial Inclusion, Digital Transformation Platform, Risk Sharing for ESG project)

About this project

<p class="ql-align-justify">This contract is the ¿shell¿ multi-action contribution agreement for the Technical Assistance (TA) with the EBRD for the implementation of the above-mentioned distinct components, referred to as ¿TA Components¿, with each component being individually referred to as a ¿TA Component¿. </p><p class="ql-align-justify">Its main objective is to secure the funds allocated to the EBRD for TA activities for the Proposed Investment Programmes (PIPs) already approved by the EFSD+ Operational Board in January 2023.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">Annex I and Annex III of the ¿shell¿ contribution agreement must be amended after the signature of the EFSD+ guarantee agreements.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify">The Special Conditions template had to be amended to include, among other elements, the specific provisions agreed following the signature of a Financial Framework Partnership Agreement with the EBRD.
