About this project

<p>This contract is the ¿shell¿ contribution agreement for the Technical Assistance (TA) for the implementation of the budgetary guarantee ¿GIEF ¿ Global Investment Equity Fund Programme¿ with the Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH (DEG), Its main objective is to secure the funds allocated to TA activities for the following Proposed Investment Programme (PIP) as approved by the EFSD+ Operational Board,</p><p>Negotiations of GIEF ¿ Global Investment Equity Fund Programme is at legal drafting level stage, with the view of launching the ISC before the end of 2023, </p><ol><li data-list="bullet" class="ql-align-justify"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span>Annex I and Annex III of the ¿shell¿ contribution agreement must be amended after the signature of the EFSD+ guarantee agreement related to this PIP</li></ol><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
